Terms of Use — Tidywick

These terms are an agreement between you and Yuval Gal (“we”, “us”), not with Apple. We are responsible for Tidywick and its content. Apple is not a party to this agreement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

By tapping Agree, downloading, or playing Tidywick, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. The game
Tidywick is a single-player puzzle. You tidy a board, earn stars, and renovate rooms. Features can change, pause, or end at any time.

2. License
We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to play Tidywick on devices you own or control. On Apple devices this is as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and Family Sharing and volume purchasing work as Apple allows. On Android it is as allowed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or wrap the game into another product, except where the law says you may.

These terms do not conflict with Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Your promises
You confirm that:
- you are not in a country embargoed by the United States, and not on a U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties
- you will follow any other rules that apply to you while you play, including your mobile carrier’s terms

4. Age
The game is for a general audience. If you are under the age when you can agree to a contract where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you. We do not collect personal information from children. See the Privacy Policy.

Do not use “for kids” language about this app in a way that would put it in Apple’s Kids Category unless we have listed it there.

5. Virtual items
Coins, gems, lives, stars, and other in-game items are licensed to you. They have no cash value. You cannot redeem them for money. We may change, reset, or remove them. Losing a device, uninstalling, or erasing data can lose them.

You can buy gem packs with real money. Purchases are made through the store you downloaded the game from (Google Play or Apple), under that store’s terms. We never take payment any other way. Gems are added after the store confirms payment. Purchases are final except where the store’s refund policy or the law gives you a refund; ask the store for refunds. Bought gems are stored only on this device, so uninstalling or erasing data also removes bought gems, and we cannot restore them.

The game is fully playable without paying. Prices are shown before you buy, in your local currency, by the store.

6. No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

If Tidywick fails to meet any warranty that the law will not let us disclaim, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if you paid Apple for it). To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims about the game are our responsibility, not Apple’s.

7. Our responsibility
We, not Apple, handle claims about the game, including product liability, failure to meet a law, and consumer or privacy claims.

These terms do not limit any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit. Where the law allows a limit, our total responsibility for a claim is the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months (often zero if the app was free).

Play in a safe place. We are not responsible for injury, device damage, or lost data from playing.

8. Support
We, not Apple, provide support. Apple has no obligation to support Tidywick.

9. Intellectual property
The name Tidywick, the code, art, music, and sound in the game belong to us or to people who licensed them to us, except for open-source items listed in Credits.

If someone claims the game infringes their rights, we, not Apple, will handle that claim.

10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms in the app. Continued play after an update means you accept the new terms, except where the law requires something more. We may stop offering the game. You may stop playing at any time and erase your data in Settings.

11. General
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still apply. These terms are the whole agreement for Tidywick. Local consumer laws still apply.
